We are looking for an experienced Conveyor Systems Estimator to work in our Delta, BC, office. You will have an engineering background in materials handling and will be fully capable in managing sub-vendor cost estimates while building an accurate proposal. Having experience with “Belt Analyst” will be an asset but could be a part of your early training as you develop into this role.

Responsible to coordinate all outgoing proposals
Utilize Belt Analyst II for conveyor estimates
Coordinate / participate in structural steel estimates
Develop a sourcing database
Develop cash-flow tracking system
Develop standards for proposal documents (Ballpark, Budget, Firm)
Standardize proposal review & sign off
Standardize the proposal numbering & storage / filing system
Manage our anti-bribery/anti-corruption policy
Strong background in materials handling systems
Ability to prioritize & delegate workload to ensure deadlines are met
Independent thinker willing to look for the ‘best’ possible solution
Self motivated – not requiring constant supervision
